How does SyxthSense protect customer information?

When you place orders, we offer the use of a password protected server for the contact information and secure server for the credit card transaction. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all credit card information you input before it is sent to the authorisation. Please see Security Information page for further information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when you have finished using a shared computer.
