SyxthSense HRP heating optimisers and weather compensators are ideal solutions for effective heating energy control. The controllers can operate as a completely stand-alone control solution typically in schools, health care centers, office buildings and so on. The controller optimise the heating on at the optimal time minimising the energy consumption, yet making sure that the required temperature is met at the start of the occupancy.

The weather compensator logic controls the supply water temperature by modulating a mixing valve making sure that the building is not over-heated, thus saving further energy. The built-in intelligent logic also guarantees that the boilers are automatically controlled to a demand setpoint calculated from the domestic hot water and heating zone requirements. Many compensators control the boilers to a fixed 82°C temperature setpoint causing the boilers to run when there is no requirement. HRP controllers automatically switch off the boilers when there is no requirement for the heat.

The HRP controllers can also sequence multiple boilers and provide lead/lag rotation. The lead/lag boiler rotation means that the duty boiler is automatically changed based on time. This reduces wear and tear on the boilers as it uses them evenly extending the requirement for service intervals.

Following the latest regulation changes and the desire to increase the efficiency of the heating systems, the new boilers are commonly high efficiency condensation boilers. However the boiler efficiency greatly depends on the water temperature flowing through the boiler. The HRP controllers have built-in limitation functionality that maintains the boiler returns temperature above the set limit, and therefore maximising the efficiency.

WebBiter Modbus Network Connection Options

WebBiter (previously knows as NetBiter) embedded web-server can be connected to a single HRP/LRP controller or to a large network with multiple controllers controlling all main plants of the buildings and HLS34 room controllers. WebBiter can also collect metering data or can be used for system monitoring using communicating I/O-modules.

With WebBiter multiple users can access plant information through their own PC via local computer network or via internet.

Alarming and data logging can be configured on the embedded web-server easily and reliably. Multiple users can access information through a single connection point at no extra cost.
